My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2019

Saludos y feliz noche mis apreciados activadores. Espero que hayan tenido un día maravilloso.

Hoy me levanté muy temprano a caminar por la urbanización en la que vivo, aprovechando el frescor de la mañana y que hay muchos vecinos que también realizan su caminata a primera hora del día. Es muy grato, porque no voy sola y es un buen momento para conversar de todo un poco.

Luego, al llegar a casa utilicé la máquina elíptica, sólo 15 minutos, porque aún tenía cosas que hacer, antes de ir al trabajo.

Ya en el trabajo, me aseguré de no descuidar mi teléfono, mientras me movía por la oficina, eso con el fin de que mis pasos se pudieran contar. Utilice nuevamente las escaleras y por la tarde, de regreso a casa realicé otra caminata.

Me despido, no sin antes recordarles que no descuiden la hidratación, sobre todo cuando realicen actividad física.
