Esse ano está tenso, pouco tempo para postar, logo agora com esses novos tokens das tribos.

Hoje, assim como semana passada, chego no plantão e coloco telefone no bolso.

Só olho de novo o Actifit no final do dia. Andei bem hoje! Trabalhar na emergência faz andar mesmo.

Emergência é muita tensão, muitos casos graves, não é um trabalho para vida toda. Não há espirito que aguente! 😂😂
