My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2019

Another busy day has come to an end.
I saw these bananas recently at the zoo- wish I were in Jamaica now on vacation but the grind must go on. I did the regular grind today 4 trains and walking about 60 minutes. The numbers don’t lie- I walk hard :) my feet are starting to complain. Needs new soft shoes. I will steem on in the name of health. Peace and love
