My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2019
It’s Monday - got up at 5:00 am and put in a bit of aerobics - hit the showers and off to the grind. This 4 train one way is a hassle but a man’s got to hustle. The numbers don’t lie- little or no escalators and trying to eat healthy.

I thought I did that - if it came out upside down when I took it, I would realize immediately but it only shows it is upside down when I post. 🤔🤷🏿♂️
