My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2019
Yesterday was typhoon day so we were home all day. Got up today and threw in my light exercise.
We took a drive to a nearby park where an athletic meet was in full flow.
Tiny critters were in attendance - quite a few and unlike me my family loves them.
There was a special event and they made some exhibitions.
Helicopters flew overhead , either heading to help or returning from helping those worse affected by the typhoon.
The kids really enjoyed blowing these and they added a nice colour to the scenery.
Expect everything at the park.
My youngest chap was train spotting. The elder was hunting interesting leaves , insects and acorns
I on the other hand was too burnt out from running up the stairs to watch over the younguns on the slides and from playing ⚽️
There were some veggies planted in the park-
I’ve never seen these purple. It was a good day overall.
