I had a sedentary type of day today as I spent almost all day sitting and working on my laptop. Good thing that I had 30 minutes of HIIT (High intensity interval training cardio) this morning though. HIIT is said to burn a lot of calories, very useful for losing fat. It allows the body to burn fat for hours after you are done exercising. I could literally still feel my heart pumping and my blood flowing ages after I had finished my exercise. All in all, I had a pretty good day. I achieved all I set out to achieve except for 1 task. How did your day go?
