Inactivity - My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2020
In recent times my activity has been down, thanks to endless excuses - a LOT of rain, busy working late at school, and other commitments after school.
I did manage a 7 kms between the rain on Saturday morning but still didn’t make 10 K steps for the day!
Fortunately the rain stayed away today and I managed to walk to and from Town Hall station and went for a 5.15 kms run when I got home (late) this evening. The weather forecast is predicting more rain over the coming days. Sigh. Still it’s great for the farmers who desperately needed it!
I took this one whilst out on my run on Saturday morning. In this photo the Manly ferry is going under the Harbour Bridge towards Circular Quay.
