My Actifit Report Card: August 18 2019

Today, my husband and I attended a surprise 60th birthday party for a friend. It was well attended and she was definitely shocked when she came downstairs and around the corner. The theme was 60s attire and even though my hubby and I didn’t have anything on from that era, everyone else did and it was fabulous!!

Her pictures had stories behind them - how she met Hank Williams, Jr., how she spent time in Barbados doing missions, how she worked hard as a teen to earn her Mustang, how she has a family of all girls and lots of grandkids, how two grands live in China and she goes to visit, and the list goes on.

The whole party was a reminder to live as FULLY as you can, right now, to say YES to every opportunity, and to keep your health so you can stay vital to 60 - and beyond.
