I have not been able to sleep well at all the past couple of nights, so I have not been waking up on time to get a good sweat fest in.
Yes, I have been walking and getting my steps in, but I really miss my actual workouts. You know when you are in love with a workout program, but you can’t do a thing about getting it in? I am so there.
I know that I should not be complaining when there are those who can’t do what I can. But I was totally in my feelings today.
Maybe if I write out why I can’t sleep, I’ll be able to relax better.
