Back on my Acitifit joruney again!

Wow just got over 11k steps at the moment I am record my thought for today!

Woke up late so I have to walk all the way to the closest mtr station.

Those horrible but good for health.

We are talking about 3km distance one way in the morning.

Great weather makes the walk enjoyable and fun.

The weather is perfect not too cold and not hot at all.

Love it!
