My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2019

Steemians
On this beginning of strong heat waves it must be good to keep the body hydrate as much as possible.
The month of August is almost here. Time to plan our outdoor physical activities and also implement some correction basr of our past month experience.

Walk during the evening is definitively our best option even though the air sometimes remains hot late after the sunset.

We check on the latest weather report the evolution of the temperature and wind speeds. These two parameters are carefully reviewed in beginning and the end of the day to determine whether is safe or not to go out for few hours of walk.
