My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2019
Dear all,
Today was challenging but went well. Had another meeting to go (walk) to, before heading (walk) to a panel interview with my colleagues.
Had a nice beer after (local), before heading out to travel back home (includes another walk). Your question may be; what’s the sporty bit?
- The walking about London bit
- The interview
- Taking the stairs (up) at Tottenham Hale tube station to head to walk to the trains. Didn’t count them, but I was seriously out of breath!
The interview was the culmination of months of preparation work with my colleagues and only took an hour. We needed to be at the top of our game (which I think we were). This is where the top sports analogy comes in. You have to train and peak at the top of your game!!

Overall an exciting day. I dare to dream that the outcome of the interview will be positive, but we won’t find out for a while.
