Run, run, run, run, run, run, run.

It's quite amazing how in just one day spending time with my daughters can get you so fit. I spent most of my day running after my little ones trying to keep up. I am sure I improved my fitness considerably. I can feel it!!

Perhaps, @actifit and @sportstalksocial can team up to create another token: ParentalFitnessFunToken (PFFT). It's got SUCCESS written all over it!

Needless to say, I had a very good day today. No work. No office Just Gardens and Lex running away from me. needed serious chasing. hope your day was as enjoyable as mine. If not, there will be another day. Have A Good night everyone. Good night!
