My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2019

오늘은 피곤해서 빈둥거리다가 저녁때 상갓집에 다녀오니 하루가 다 지나가버렸네요.
날씨 변화가 크니 큰일 당하시는 분들이 많네요.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
