My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2019

비가 오더니 바람도 많이 불고 다시 쌀쌀해지네요.
또 한주가 지나가고 11월도 한주밖에 남지 않았네요.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
