My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2019

너무 춥네요. 길거리에 어제 내린 비가 고인 곳은 얼음도 있네요.
네일은 내복을 꺼내 입어야겠어요.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.

답답한 내복 끼어입지 않아도 좋더라구요~^^
