Hello everyone hope you had an amazing day!! Didn't get to many steps in today found myself in front of the TV 📺 watching the football games. Back to work tomorrow, always get my 10k + steps in on my work days. Hope everyone has a good night 🌙

You could try walking In place or jogging in front of the TV! That’s what I do. It works great!
