My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2019 ~ Walking

Aktivitas hari ini masih sama seperti kemarin. Rumah, Rumah Sakit Bener Meriah, lalu ke RS Avicenna di Bireuen. Masih menempuh 90 km perjalanan. Bedanya, hari ini yang menyetir mobil adalah keponakan saya.

Aktivitas jalan kaki juga tidak terlalu jauh. Masih dari area parkir, menyusuri koridor hingga ke ruangan rawat inap.

Jalan kaki kantin, lalu kembali lagi ke RS. Itu saja kegiatan hari ini. Lebih banyak menguras energi pikiran daripada energi fisik.

Bagaimanapun, saya dapat memposting kegiatan aktifit saya dengan melampirkan sekitar 5000 langkah. Semoga kita semua selalu fit dan sehat.
