My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2019 ~ Walking
Walking to the ward after parking my car quite far from the hospital. It looked so busy in our hospital today, I didn’t get VIP parking slot, that is usually only for doctors. It’s okay, then I could walk further than I expect.
My daily activity is treating the patients at a Dictrict Hospital. There is only one hospital in our districk, so that, all sick people would come here to seek treatment.
Walking from ward to ward and bed to bed make me fit, and I can write actifit report as a fitness tracker. I am visiting 34 patients today, giving advice and evaluating the treatment. And I aslo have some of them discharged. They were getting better, they could go home. But they have to come to policlinic next week, to have their condition re-checked.

That's great sir, bring a doctor is the most difficult task as i feel.
Still you are giving enough time to keep yourself fit, it's really inspiring.
Thank you @razackpulo.sport
Thank you. Even being a doctor is so busy, we need time to keep ourselves fit and write some posts on sportstalksocial 😁
