저의 직장의 경우이겠지만, 예전에 "우리때는~~" 이러면 더 좀 열심히 하라는 뜻으로 이야기를 했던 것 같은데, 요즘은 오히려 조금 안스러움으로 하는 것 같습니다.
"우리때는~~" 시키는대로만 해도 알아서 제때 승진도 되고, 늘 새로운걸 배울 수 있는 기회도 많이 주어졌는데, 요즘은 그런 기회들이 신입들에게 많지 않은 것 같아서 미안함이 더 큽니다.
물론, 저의 직장의 경우입니다.^^
저희는 말 그대로 정글인데 나름 좋은 환경을 만드려 애쓰다가도 이게 뭔 소용인가 생각될 때가 많네요. ^^
