Keeping Healthy 2020

For the year 2019, I started the year with one clear goal: to lose weight. I wanted to get into the healthy weight bracket for my height. Fortunately, my husband has the same goal. So we made it a commitment to watch each other's back and remind us of what we wanted to achieve.

Fortunately, we were both able to get what we wanted. It wasn't easy. There were weeks and months that we would feel lazy. There were moments when we would give in to temptations and eat outside of our eating hours. But it was alright. Because whenever we fall off the wagon, we have each other to pull us back again.

Aside from achieving our weight targets, we both strengthened not only our muscles and will power, but also our bond. So 2019 has been a good year for the two of us.

This year, we plan on maintaining our routines. And because of our stronger bond, we are sure that we can both achieve whatever we put our minds into.
