My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2020
I’ve got a handy chart that apparently tells you when it’s way too cold to go for a walk with a dog. Common sense is also a good way of determining that. Today, it was about 9°F, so we definitely didn’t go for a walk.
The most exercise I did today was probably playing drums, but there’s not a category for that and it doesn’t show up as steps.
I ran a few errands today, which is probably how most of my steps were taken.
Tomorrow, we’re supposed to get a shitload of snow, so it may be a while before I can get a walk in with Stella. She’s getting a little stir crazy, but that’s the way it goes sometimes when it’s January in Wisconsin.
I’ll try harder to get at least 10k steps in tomorrow!
We use Celsius here, so it’s a bit difficult to relate with Fahrenheit.
Don’t they count the drum beat!? LoL
