My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2020

Let’s hope my steps actually show up in this post, unlike the last one.

I’m going to be posting every day (or at least most days) for a while as I do a lifestyle / diet challenge thing, and part of that is to get in 10,000+ steps a day. What I may end up doing is posting that part as an Actifit update, and then just linking to the Actifit update in the other post, or something like that. I don’t really want to pos the same content twice.

Today, Stella T. Dog and I went on a walk of about 4.75 miles, which is the vast majority of the activity I got in today. That put me above the 10,000 step mark in one activity, which was nice.

The weather was decent today. Mostly sunny and about 35ºF. Being a little bit above the freezing point, the snow was starting to melt, and it was a little bit messy out there, but not too bad.

Wow! Very impressive steps!
I stopped using this Dapp long time ago since I stopped going to the gym and ignored my daily walking!
