My Actifit Report Card: February 5 2020
10,000+ steps achieved again! I’m on a streak. I got them in pretty much the same way as the last couple of days. First, there were a bunch of steps at work. Then, there was some running of errands after work. After that, there was a walk with Stella T. Dog. The walk today was about 2.5 miles. It may be a while before I feel like doing 5-6 mile walks after work.
Does it make any sense that my feet seem to get slightly more sore from walking on the concrete floors at work than they do when I go for walks throughout the neighborhood with Stella? The streets we walk on have to be just as hard as the concrete floors. Maybe it’s just that I’m doing different sorts of movements or something.
It was only about 26ºF on the walk today and the sun is still setting fairly early. As spring approaches and the days get warmer and longer, I think walks will be more enjoyable.
