My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2020
No walk today! It snowed all day, so it wasn’t really in the cards. As predicted! I got in a lot of steps simply by shoveling a few times. As I’ve mentioned in a previous post this winter, my snowblower broke during the last snow storm we had and I haven’t been able to get it fixed yet.
Early in the day, I went out and shoveled the first couple of inches that had fallen. It was my intention to go out every two inches or so, but I missed the boat a little bit. The second time I went out, about four more inches had fallen and the snow was rather heavy. It took me a while to do that round.
To make sure I got in the rest of my 10,000 steps today, I did about 30 minutes on the elliptical in the basement.
Lovely white blanket all over the place! Very refreshing but cold!
