It is much torture for me walk under 10 degree celcious.Today also i wake up late.Water was very cold at morning.Could not bath.

I wake up 8 am.Then went to office by walk.I took breakfast from office restaurant.

I walked 30 minute at night time.could not make good activity score.

My food

Chicken,hilsha fish,egg,rice,cofee.
