아이고 죽겠네 ...

오랜만에 헬스 클럽에서 빡시게 운동 했더니 온몸이 다 쑤신다. 한동안 걷기 위주로 살살 운동하다 오늘은 주말이기도 해서 근력 운동을 조금 했는데 근육들이 삐걱 더리며 난리다.

빡시게 했다지만 그건 어디 까지나 내 기준이고 객관적으로 보면 사실 별거 아닌데. ㅜㅜ

내 몸뚱이가 약하긴 많이 약한가 보다.
