My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2019

Today was quite a long day filled with so much activity. Started out in search for some nursing equipment, and I had to go very far from home.
Upon getting out, the weather changed, all of a sudden it started raining heavily and I didn’t have my umbrella with me. I started my day soaked in the rain. I wasn’t discouraged, I kept on moving, I rode the train and got to my destination.

Finding the store was not the problem, it was the heavy rain in manila, and the crowd of people, people clustering together to avoid getting wet, and in the process I lost my wallet.

I got to the store and the owner of the store gave me what I needed and accepted to be paid by other means.

All my walk was from my effort in trying to locate my wallet, and by the time I check my actifit app, I saw I had walked more than 10,000 steps.
