유연성 스트레칭이 필요한 요즘

간만에 헬스장에 가서 1시간 동안 걷고 왔습니다

요즘 느끼는게 유연성이 부족하다는 것인데 집에서 틈틈히 해줄 필요가 있다고 생각해요

유연성이 부족해서 맨날 다치기만 해서 ㅎㅎ

근육을 만드는것도 좋겠지만 우선은 유연성 기르기룰 중점적우로 해봐야겠습니다
