My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2019

Yet another early morning walk by the beach and an eagle sighting

For this evenings acifit post I share some photos taken with my iPhone this morning on an early morning walk on the beach, today I went to Woodmont beach heading out from home at about 4:45 and will share a few shots I got on my walk.

Was a pleasant start for the day but fairly hot and humid even at that time so my step count was only a little over 7K today at the beach, and otherwise was an easy day since it was so hot outside, but I did walk around the house a bit to get myself up to 10K

This post will also be for two challenges
Beautiful Sunday By @ace108, For me the colors of nature of a beautiful sunrise fit this challenge

Sublime Sunday, created by @c0ff33a, Both the sunrise and spotting an eagle on this mornings walk sure made it quite sublime for me ;)

There was some nice color in the sky not long after getting to the beach

I was not the first one at the beach there were some people fishing out on these water break thingies ( I am never quite sure what they are called breakwaters maybe)

Do not worry this post is not all sunrise shots, I took a few other shots while on my walk, such as this one of another one of a rock wall breakwater, what caught my eye was the green moss growing on it.

One more shot of the sunrise before I move onto other things, with this shot of one of the benches you can sit on and enjoy your time by the water

I thought this was a nice thing one of the people in the area had set up in their front yard a bucket of water for any dogs that may be out for a walk int he area.

I then passed by this cool decoration in another yard i passed.

Now in the title, I mentioned an Eagle Sighting and here it is sitting up top of this tree looking around the area and looking so regal

By this time I was feelign the heat and sweating away on my walk, I must say this above ground pool look very inviting as I walked by it

And as I was near the end of my walk I saw this cool little display in anothe rproperties front lawn.

This bench would be my place to relax and enjoy the scene for a while. Very nice sunrises - I can't get enough of them ;) - and the "artwork" is interesting ;)

Now I know what you meant yesterday - this eagle would have been so very cool to photograph with a longer lens, but you made the best of it and this shot is great.

It was pretty hot this weekend wasn't it? It was nice to wake up this morning and feel a forty degree swing in the temps. Those are some beautiful shots. It has been a long time since I saw an East coast sunrise!

Ohh yeah I was out for walks early morning and then stayed cool during the day indoors, it was still fairly warm this morning but a storm heading this way which will give us a nice drop in temps also

Looks like you had a pretty adventurous walk some people just have some funny ways of ornaments in front yards but i like the Woof Water one that's cool.

How do you get the choice of some many tags normally you only can use 5 tags are you VIP now....lol :)

Yes it was a great start to the day I must say, and as for the tags, on actifit it does not limit you to only 5 tags when doing a post, and no for sure I am not a VIP LOL

OHh yeah you should check it out, they also give upvotes and you can buy votes with points earned from activity

I prepare my posts on Steempeak and then cut and paste it into actifit and then add the tags

On hot days, this is the right decision to go for a walk before the heat wave. You managed to capture that bright orange sky with the sunrise. Great shots! This eagle is like a real Royal bird, sitting with such an important view. A good find for the photographer :))!

I think so its just too hot for me at the peak of the day unless I have to do something and then I stay outside for as little as possible in the heat

It was so cool seeing the eagle ended up a good crowd looking at it and snapping photos and it was high enough and away far enough the people did not bother it at all
