Autumn/Fall Decorations

I had a plan today for my walks in the city toi look for some fall decoration and get some shots both with my phone and camera for tonight and other posts, but my stomach didn't like something I had yesterday it seems so I ended up taking a sick day and was at home all-day but I did manage to still get in just over 5K steps so can still do an actifit post tonight, but no phone photos today, but I will share some shots of fall decorations I got the other day on a walk.
I am kind of glad to be indoors at home hearing the wind blowing outside here I can only imagine what it must be like in the city the streets can act as wind tunnels some days.
I just saw a weather alert saying there is a lot of power outages through New England, and the storm which they are calling a Bomb Cyclone is parked over Southern New England with air pressure similar to a Category 2 Hurricane, but that said it's windy but nothing like a hurricane at least here anyway.

But as I often to I digress and now onto the photos of one fall Display I saw the other day in the gardens of a residential building and starting with one of the Scarecrows

Now this display is cool and I will share more shots but if you want to see a really cool Strawberry garden Scaregrown display go check out this post by @papilloncharity, trust me you wont be sorry if you do, and while there show it some love and support, Steven and his wife do so much good work with their charity work and deserve all the support they can get.

And another one of the scarecrows, arent they almost too cute to be called scarecrows

You're right! They are too cute and pretty to be called scarecrows ~ maybe haykids or something similar... :) That display is wonderful... gorgeous Fall colours there in the flowers they chose, all in a beautiful display! I wish we had Fall here too...

Those are some cool looking scarecrows. My question is has bomb cyclone always been a thing or is it just a new term they recently came up with. I don't ever remember hearing the term bomb cyclone when I was a kid. Now the past two years I hear it every other month!

I thought the same and did look it up, they came up with the term in 1980 I think and her eis what it means
Bomb cyclone is a term given to a rapidly strengthening storm that fulfills one important criterion.
• Generally, pressure must drop 24 millibars (a unit of pressure) within 24 hours.

I think they just like making drama and getting viewers to be honest

Hello, it's windy here, they call it the chestnut wind since he throws the chestnuts out of the tree.
The scarecrows are very pretty and cheerful.
But you're right, nothing competes with the strawberry scarecrows of @papilloncharity
They are truly works of art and I would not mind walking through that field, well for yours neither haha

Sincerely with that outfit they will not scare anything on the contrary, they are striking for their colors and very attractive.

I have seen the activity of @papilloncharity and it seems very humanitarian.

It is always good to have a few hours of rest even if it is due to some discomfort, I think our body is wise.

You feel better.

Thank you for the kind mention and the promotion my friend.
I couldn't make it here because of the power cuts over here.
