My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2019

A Walk around downtown Milford

I took another Sick day today as my Stomach was still unsettled when I first got up today and decided to take it easy today and for the most part was relaxing around home, but I did get out for a walk around downtown here in Milford and getting some steps in since the sun was shining and it wasn't to cool about 6K Steps the rest were doing things around home today and getting some steps in with my wife:)

Starting with some shots from a walk downtown on Wednesday taken with my Sony camera before I get to my cell phone shots from today.
Starting with a shot showing some of the nice colors that were out by City Hall the other day, with some more drama in the clouds in the sky

My Walk took me past the Library which I show first.

I then walked over the Helwig Bridge which I show here

And this was the view from the bridge today with a few fall colors

Outside the Chamber of Commerce offices, they had some fall decorations, which after someone suggested it I think a good name for them is Haykids and not scarecrows.

I walked up the green a little and noticed some fall colors on this tree outside the downtown branch of the Milford Bank, I am not sure if I am imagining it but I am sure when I drove past it on Wednesday there were more leaves and color on this tree I suspect the wind and rain washed it away.

Then I walked towards the City Hall building

My walk talk me up to the Upper Duck Pond which I show in the next shot with its little waterfall

And then on my way back to home I walked past the Stonebridge Restaurant.

Your walks sure do have some nice landscapes to take photos of.

They are all very nice, but the first one is pretty special will all those colors.

Thanks :) Yes I am lucky where i live is such a beautiful area, thats why I moved out here I dont mind the long commute with the lovely scenery here ;)

I had hoped to have the date finalize by now but still some things in the pipeline maybe this week I will get a final date well I hope so

And yes I will miss it for sure, but hopefully will find some nice spots where i move to :)

I really need to visit this town some day. It looks like a beautiful place. I am always impressed by your photos of the area!

Thanks it truly is such a nice little city the town Motto is the smal city with a big heart and it is so true, some at work wonder why I live so far out but for me the longer commute is worth it :)
