I am long overdue for an Actifit report, guys.
About 16 weeks left to train for my upcoming marathon, I logged about 5 miles today.
The sun was shining and I maintained a leisurely pace throughout, enjoying the Sunday run.
While running I thought about creating a new gratitude habit, and idea I thought about several times. The idea is to write a daily ‘thank you’ letter. The recipient can be anyone or any group. The medium and format can be flexible, email works fine. What do you think? I made a list of 27 people to thank.
