My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2019

Friday, 23rd August, was not really an engaging day for me due to some health challenges.

I spent the entire day within the house until evening when I tried to take a short walk around.

Despite how I felt, I ensured that I did some activities to exercise my muscles as much as I know that illness gets more serious when we cuddle it.

In all, it was a successful day. I am conscious of rhe scripture that says "let the weak say, I am strong". I see this day I stayed indoors as God's own way of helping me to get refreshed.
