Oh how I have missed reading your posts. You are always so positive and encouraging. I can't believe you are going to run when it is hot. I guess that is something that has to be done though if you are going to do a 5k in late August.

Aww, so happy to have you popping back around to share your own positive energy! I suppose it's a small price to pay to have a few really hot months when the rest of the year running can usually be quite pleasant. It's rare to have any time in the winter when I can't run outside at least most of the time, so I can't really complian. ;)
