How's your weekend going so far? What fun things have you been up to to enjoy this amazing new moon?

I have been busy with this year's harvest.

Swiss chard, made into dumplings (which seem a lot more like wontons imo), spaghetti squash, making soup stock for borscht, and roasted veggies for vegan creamy soup.

...and, a bunch 9f drying dill!! This will be yummy through the winter.

It's tough to believe just the other day it was el supremo fall weather. This weekend we are getting blasted with this....

Brrr! It's pretty cold and nasty. I am glad to stay home nestled inside!!

Mmm, it all looks so yummy! I hope you got all the harvest in before the snow started! It looks like the perfect way to spend a snowy weekend, though. :)
