My Actifit Report Card: August 25 2019

This morning we have taken the car and have approached "Puebla del Caramillal" in Barbanza to see a little bit of the beach volleyball tournament that took place there today.

In the afternoon we returned and we had time to take a walk through the area of the university, near home, where we saw a horse.

For the rest of the day of rest in the gym, tomorrow it is time for the track session again where I will try to start jumping in a controlled way.
