It's become a great sporting day after the sadness of England getting hammered by the dominant Springboks.

First Man. United lost to that giant premiership team, Bournemouth and now Leeds have just wasted QPR by 2 goals to nil to deservedly go back top of the Championship where they belong!

Coffee time for Acticat and I before my usual early morning Sunday appointment with the twins from hell. Might even treat myself to some toast too !
