My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2019
How cool is this? A tent on a car. This could take van life to a whole new level. No idea how much it costs though .
So today I managed to do 8 laps around the park half walking and half jogging. I enjoy walking but the jogging is so monotonous. Perhaps music might help but it's just typical of me to be bored easily.
The temperature has dropped a fraction and so it's a lot busier which is good. I love to people watch and also admire those who go around and around and around non stop for ages! I do wonder what stops them getting bored?
In other news....
Bike is going in for its first 1k service tomorrow and the good news is my numberplates finally arrived. Excellent timing and two birds with one stone.
