Agility and speed

The strength and speed of this sport are the main factors when it comes to practice, are the sensations that occur when watching a game of these characteristics where the boldest moves, the dizzying speed with which they make turns or constant changes of direction the boats delight this sporting spectacle. In their small and agile canoes the movements are constant and you can rarely see the game stopped in this incredible mixture and fusion of several sports modalities.

With the well-defined fields and a kind of goal basket hovering maintained at a height the points or goals are achieved when the ball enters one of them. Sometimes, at times, it reminds me of water polo, sometimes of basketball, and sometimes of a more daring canoe down a wild river due to the effects and movements of the participants.

Photographically it is a challenge to try to capture some good images due to the speed and complexity. I was interested in collecting in the shots interesting aspects of light, illuminations and shadows that seemed to chase me through the areas I was capturing. In some places and in different positions or angles, very surprising and simple images could be collected without changing the plane, only with small changes of position.
