A happy hump day in Steem land. Another good run in the books.

My legs felt stiff like wood to start and a long climb in the first couple of miles was tough but the gentle descent afterwards was a help and the rest of my run was pretty good. Still not sleeping well so it will be nice when I can get a good 8 hours regularly, sucks to get old(er).
