NCAA college football, all the bowls so far... Plus Fantasy Football Final Results

With Christmas past us, we are now in the thick of the College Football Bowl season. Quite honestly, up until this point, it hasn't been that exciting.

If you don't believe me, just take a look at the scores...

Utah State vs. Kent State was a high scoring and relatively close game. That might have been one worth watching. Besides that, more than half of the games were blowout wins.

I watched the Central Michigan game for as long as I could. CMU is a 45 minute drive down the road from my house and I was just over there about a week ago for a meeting on the campus. The game was so one sided that I just couldn't stand to watch it anymore.

Blowouts are great when it is your team that is winning, but when it isn't, then it is something that nobody really wants to see.

The FIU vs. Arkansas State game was relatively close as well as the Liberty vs. Georgia Southern game. Looking at the scores if there is one game I wish I could have seen, it would probably be the BYU vs. Hawaii game. That looks like it was a close contest with a lot of offense.

The most surprising outcome is probably #19 Boise State losing to Washington. Since it was at a neutral site, maybe Boise State didn't know how to play on green turf vs. their iconic home blue turf.

I am looking forward to the bigger name bowl games that really begin tomorrow.

Fantasy Football

I lost my final game of the season this past weekend. Even worse than that, @mrsbozz who was in the championship game lost to her brother. He has now won three years in a row and I am quite honestly getting sick of buying him booze. I am so proud of @mrsbozz and how well her team did this year. It is the closest either of us have ever come to winning and she almost pulled it off, only losing by about 2 points.

There is always next year I guess...
