COWBOYS FINALLY HAS A NEW COACH

There is a new beginning for Dallas Cowboys.
After many meetings with Jerry Jones, Jason Garett
has been let go.
Formally Jason did not have a contract after January 14th,
in the long run they did not sign a new deal with him.
Jason has been part of the organization for more than 20 years.
His tenure was not great due to lack of post season games and barely
play a season where Cowboys were a team to compete just like this year.

After interviewing couple guys, the organization chose the last old school
head coach of Green Bay Packers, Mike McCarthy.
Head on he is an experience coach with proven record.
He won a Super Bowl win Green Bay in Dallas Stadium in 2010 against
Steelers.
At that time Packers had a record 10-6.
Mike started his coaching in 1987, joining the NFL with the Chiefs.
Now he is the head coach of the Cowboys.
A franchise who wants to win a Super bowl by all means.

Definitely he may possess the leadership needed to make things happen.
Does he have the right players to move to the next phase?
I may say this is correct.
The last match of the season proves they can.
Their biggest hurdle they play soft.
Their attitude is not determined as a running team or throwing team.
It is okay to mix plays but to what extend.

Mike will have less talent like Green Bay.
Dak is not Rodgers.
A bunch of class receivers should help.
I forgot to mention he has to deal with Jerry in a daily basis.
It could be a good thing for him knowing he will not shoulder the burden
alone when Cowboys do not deliver.
Jerry does his own press conference after every game.
It is informal just his way to talk about the game.
Jerry is a personality.
I guess other owners are shy and they got stuff to do
compare to Jerry who only has Football to worry about.

Cowboys finished the year 8-8.
It is still a division worthy for Cowboys to win every year.
Cowboys- Eagles-Redskins-Giants.
Eagles are beat up.
Redskins still do not have a quality QB.
Giants are looking for a head coach as well.
Again this is all good for Cowboys to grab this division ever year.

Mike may not be the right recipe for the Cowboys.
He is old school.
Hey that is Jerry's pick.
He was let go to his old school mentality and he cannot win.
Got to know he is a changed man walking back to the NFL and be the
head coach of the American team.
He has learn to adapt.
He had a year off and that should help him to comprehend and develop Dak
to be the best he can be.

Best thing we can do since he is accustomed to Jerry by now.
News spread that he stayed over the night at Jerry's place.
It shows the degree of trust Jerry puts on him.
I guess it is family when you join Dallas Cowboys organization.
Let us see if this relationship will last and shows success on the field.
Stay tuned!
