Smith Rock should have good weather then. April would be a nice time to hit the Valley since you are used to cool weather, but that is a bit of a schlep from up north. This year I was climbing the end of March locally so there could be a good chance of it again next year. There is a bunch of really good climbing near Missoula MT, all through Idaho, and scattered across Washington. Castle Rocks in southern Idaho is an amazing place with massive amounts of climbs.

Ah excellent! I was hoping you'd chime in. Smith Rock is for sure on my radar, but I might try somewhere a bit closer in Washington. Thanks for the tips!

Look at mountainproject for various areas you might want to hit up and check their weather history.

Leavenworth is 3 hours from me on the east side of the Cascades and has some amazing climbing and bouldering.

Vantage is and hour and a half from me on the Columbia River and is incredible. Basalt cracks all along one side of a horseshoe shaped cut. Tons of climbs and usually good weather.
