❇️ BACK IN THE GYM AFTER 10+ DAYS OF LAZINESS!

Damn, I haven't been in the gym in about 11 days!

I have to admit, since my back injury a few months ago... it was very hard to get back in the gym. The days that I go to the gym, my workouts were pretty damn pathetic. In other words, I got completely out of shape!

Today is a new day and I plan to be more committed than ever before. This is probably the worse shape I've been in like 5 years...

Totally Embarrassing....

No more excuses, back on that grind. 2020 is around the corner and I don't plan to be "chunky" on the first day of the year. Only 54+ days left before the new year and it's to get back in shape, here I come. :)
