Which Holistic Health Therapies have you experienced and what was the experience like, what were the benefits? If you have had an experience with more than one? (make a separate comment for each experience). Please share your thoughts and experiences in a post below. Also if you are a therapist please tell us more about you and what you do. This post is to help spread awareness of holistic and complimentary therapies. πŸ˜€πŸ‘β€πŸ™

Hi, Thanks for the heads up, I trust that this post should be appropriate in relation to your guidelines as almost all sports professionals and athletes consider optimal homeostasis an important part of their body conditioning in order to perform at their best, whether running, cycling, playing football, soccer, tennis or any other sport. πŸ‘

Sportstalk is to talk about sport. Uploading a photo is far from it.

I agree but a picture is not a sports post and is spam in my opinion.

I'm a spa therapist and we do our best to use the most natural products in our treatments!
We have our own brand of natural products for facial and body treatments and our blended oils for each type of massages.
Recently we added to our spas the essential oils! This addition was a must as an improvement for the ultimate relaxation and well being, as well giving people an alternative to the traditional medicine and avoid the traditional/chemical medication, using the natural essence of plants and fruits.
For some, the spa is still considered a luxury, but we are doing our best that we are also wanted to be known as a place for therapy. Massages are very important not only for physical, but also for mental and spiritual relaxation :)

That's great to know, yes a lot of people tend to look at spa and holistic therapy as a luxury rather than a part of maintaining good health. Sometimes we need to get some help from others from time to time. Holistic Therapy is part of my self care programme. It's also good to have a regular massage for good muscle health, it can also help with recovery from sports injuries and improve sports performance.
