Today we will have a training video featuring the world's best ball-handling program. Dribbling skills are very important for basketball players. This is a ball-handling program that gives you real drills and moves to have a drastic improvement in your game. This one is called "Perfect your dribbling". This is a nine-week program that comes with five workout tracks that last between 40 and 45 minutes to give you the hardest sweat and the most grueling workout. And in return, you're going to be in the best basketball shape of your life with the tightest handles and the ability to finish with a layup or jumper.

The basic two-ball stationary circuit.

  • Low dribbles together
  • Pound dribbles together
  • Low dribbles alternating
  • Pound dribbles alternating
  • Low side to side while dribbling together
  • Low dribble side-to-side while alternating dribbles
  • Big dribbles together

After that, take a 30 seconds break. Before proceeding to the second half of your training, do some stretching.
