My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2019
A day off work today. Started my exercise today by heading down to one of the park basketball courts to shoot hoops for around half an hour.
I'm not much of a basketballer but I enjoy having a go. The court is in a really nice park right near the waterfront.
After the hoops I then went on an approximately 10 km walk around the waterfront.
While walking under the bridge I came across a large carpet python curled around one of the light poles. You can see it in the next photo.
In the afternoon when my wife returned home from work, we headed back out for another walk around the nearly area. Always love seeing these black swans. We have seen the several signets born over the previous years, hopefully more again this year.
