Cycling: Getting back to activity.

Among the sports I used to practice a few years ago (regularly, at least 3 times a week) is cycling, but for a combination of running at work + lack of time I ended up abandoning it. However, I never stopped moving... After all, a good walk is always part of my repertoire.

Getting on a bike and breaking new paths or even visiting familiar paths feeling the wind in the face, the sun or even the rain (which makes the race a little more challenging most of the time) gives me a sense of pleasure, of freedom that few sports can offer.

Not to mention all the health benefits, well-being with myself (I mean something inside) is what made me come back - albeit at a relatively lower frequency - and admire even more this sport (which I'm leading more to). seriously and even reading a lot about it).

The pace at work hasn't slowed so much (and that's obviously a good thing, haha!), But luckily I can better reconcile my tasks and cycling has to have a captive space so that everything doesn't get so mechanical or boring... After all Simple pleasures have a great influence on our lives.
