需要准备瑜伽垫。

锻炼部位

主要锻炼背部肌肉,同时运动了全身。

分解动作

  • 坐在瑜伽垫上,双腿伸直,一只脚抬起使脚后跟靠近大腿,一只手用手肘拉住膝盖,另一只手从后面绕过,使两只手十指相扣。保持背部挺直。
  • 保持一段时间。
